Part-Time – 48 hours per pay period
Description
Performs sleep studies as ordered by physician. Performs and
records patient assessments; documents test results.
Calibrates, cleans, and adjusts equipment. Continuously
monitors patients during sleep evaluations. Collates sleep data
for technical scoring and evaluation by physician.
Qualifications
The minimum
requirement is a technical certificate of education in a
health science such as Certified Nursing Assistant,
Paramedic, or Respiratory Therapist. Must be willing to
obtain a Basic Life Support Certificate and attend formal or
on the job training to perform sleep studies. Must be able
to work independently and demonstrate strong customer
service skills.
Work Schedule
PM
shift – 8pm to 8am – no weekends or holidays. Initial
training will be full time during the daytime hours.
