Position
Description
Product expert for business information systems and how they are
integrated with user workflows. Primary customer contact for
all issues with application software including questions on best
practices, integration with departmental workflows, technical
capabilities, planned upgrades, deployment and problem
identification/support. Ongoing responsibility for applications
within a line of business or across multiple lines of business
(patient financial systems, HR, materials management, etc.)
Primary responsibility for the I.S. interface with our
customers and for maintaining relationships with application
developers and vendors. May function as a project analyst
and/or project manager on selected projects, application
refreshes, new software releases, scheduled maintenance or
general system upgrade activity for supported systems.
Participates as an applications and process expert on project
teams.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required, degree in Information
Systems and/or Business preferred. Areas of training should
include systems analysis, project management, accounting,
inventory management and/or human resources.
Experience
Minimum of two years experience in the Information Systems field
with responsibilities in systems analysis and/or project
management preferred. Experience with client-server systems in a
networked environment desired. Experience with the Microsoft
Office Professional Suite and Microsoft Project software
preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday schedule
